Product Description:
CrownFlex EVA is a closed cell pre-formed foam, and CrownFlex 500 is a flexible epoxy joint sealer. Each joint material is designed to provide waterproofing protection and approximately a 100% safety factor in movement design.
Recommended Use:
Expansion and isolation joints are individually designed for each project using standard components. CrownFlex EVA may be used in vehicular traffic or structures requiring a waterproof seal for expansion and isolation joints. CrownFlex™ 500 adds an additional protection value to the joint system by preventing debris from settling into the open area above the CrownFlex EVA. The systems are also used in aquatic applications to prevent animals from sucking out the waterproof foam. Both systems stops water transfer and allow natural thermal movements or vibrations above and below the water line.
