Crack Repair, Structural - Injection Method:
Crown Polymers has numerous crack repair systems that are either low pressure pumped or gravity poured. These products are used for crack injection, delamination and honeycombed sealing, anchor and bolt grouting, structural filler adhesive between steel plates and concrete, rock grouting, and hand rail grouting.
CrownWeld™ Pro, CrownWeld™ Pro Gel, CrownWeld™ Pro MV
Product: 101, 102, 103
Fast setting, structural epoxy adhesives for high or cold temperature curing surfaces down to (20ºF /-7ºC). Adheres to wet or underwater, moist or dry concrete down to 32ºF (0ºC). Complies with ASTM C881. Products 101 (low viscosity) and 103 (medium viscosity) are used for narrow cracks, product 102 (gel) is used for medium and wide cracks including vertical and overhead grouting.
CrownWeld™, CrownWeld™ Gel, CrownWeld™ MV
Product: 104, 105, 106
Structural epoxy adhesives. Complies with ASTM C881. Cure on dry or moist surfaces down to 40ºF (5ºC). Products 104 (low viscosity) and 106 (medium viscosity) are used for narrow cracks, product 105 (gel) is used for medium and wide cracks including vertical and overhead grouting.
CrownWeld™ Pro HT MV
Product: 107
Structural epoxy adhesive (medium viscosity) designed to withstand high temperature exposure to 400ºF (200ºC). Complies with ASTM C881. Used for cracks including vertical and overhead anchor grouting.
CrownWeld™ GF
Product: 108
Ultra low viscosity structural epoxy adhesive used for gravity filling cracks on moist (no free standing water) or dry concrete surfaces down to 32ºF (0.ºC). The epoxy is poured onto the surface and worked into the cracks with squeegee and paint rollers.
