CrownFlex™ Joint Sealers
Product Description:
CrownFlex Joint Sealers are a family of modified epoxy formulas that provide specific protection to concrete joints and structure.
Recommended Use:
To fill, seal and provide a smooth load bearing transition across the floor contraction or construction joint surface, so not to cause stress or spalling to the adjacent concrete surfaces. Used with seamless Crown Polymers floor and deck overlays.

CrownFlex™ 500 & CrownFlex™ EVA
Product Description:
A composite of CrownFlex EVA, closed cell pre-formed foam, and CrownFlex Joint Sealer, a flexible epoxy. Each joint is designed to provide approximately a 100% safety factor in movement and waterproofing.
Recommended Use:
Waterproof seal for expansion and isolation joints, including moving cracks in concrete. Stops water transfer and allows natural thermal movements or vibrations above and below the water line.

Crack Repair, Patching, Regrading and Leveling Product Systems
Crown Crack Filler Product: 120
Product Description:
Two-Component, 100% solids, non-structural crack surface sealer and port adhesive. Adheres to dry and moist surfaces. Fast tack-free setting time. Cures down to 20°F (-7°C).
Recommended Use:
For filling horizontal spalled crack surfaces, routed cracks or wider non-routed cracks.
Crown Polymers has numerous crack repair systems that are either low pressure pumped or gravity poured. These products are also used for anchor and bolt grouting, rock grouting and hand rail grouting. Complies with ASTM C881.
*For moving cracks use CrownFlex 500 & CrownFlex EVA
